CONCEALMENT
OF FORMER MARRIAGE FROM PERSON WITH WHOM SUBSEQUENT MARRIAGE IS CONTRACTED
If
a person conceals the facts of former marriage from the person with whom the subsequent
marriage is contracted, then he shall be punishable with imprisonment, which may
extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.

made punishable. Any person committing it shall be punishable with imprisonment,
which may extend to seven years, and is also liable to fine also.
